Working with Karren was great. She took the time to really listen and to make sure she understood what I was envisioning and what I wanted. She then came up with many ingenious and beautiful ways to deal with the challenges that existed in our yard; her eye for design is remarkable. Finally, her attention to detail ensured that plants were suitable for the zone, that care would be low maintenance, and that only healthy plants were planted. I would definitely hire her again.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with John and Karren from Leaf Spring on two projects. In both cases, Karren prepared a landscape plan for our consideration and approval. In both cases the plans clearly took our wishes into consideration and added professional insight that can only be provided by someone with vision, knowledge and experience. The approved plans were then executed having regard to our needs for timing of the project. I had used a well known Edmonton area landscaper in the past who used a cookie cutter approach and then had students execute the plan. I had the impression that the students were employees who were not invested in their work. Karren and John on the other hand took great care of the smallest detail. For example, I watched Karren plant a few shrubs one day. The care she showed reminded me of a mother with a new baby! We had very few plants that needed to be replaced. Our yard(s) are beautiful.
